Sunnies for Spring

Sunnies for Spring

I have always wanted to dress up my looks with a great pair of sunglasses. I usually stuck with just a regular shaped pair of classic sunnies that I could wear with any outfit and were functional. Since the sunglass trend started, I thought my only option was to go to Sunglass Hut and spend $100 on one pair of sunglasses and wear them every day to get the most bang for my buck. So I was excited when I discover Sunglass Spot! They have trendy sunglasses for only $5! I love this place because now I can have a variety of sunnies that I can mix and match with different looks that I am sporting without having to spend a lot of money to be on trend. Needless to say, I did a big overhaul of my sunglasses and got 5 different pairs that I can rock this spring and summer! Below is a list of the sunglasses that I ordered and what inspired me to pick them:

1. Modern

These triangle shaped sunglasses are the modern trend this season and are Kimmy K-inspired! I love these because they're just as badass but they are functional. I am totally up for having sunnies that are purely used for being a fashion statement but what's great about these is that they're a statement and they work as classic sunglasses to block out the sun!

2. Vintage Inspired

As you all know, I am obsessed with vintage so I really wanted to get some vintage-inspired sunglass that can give my looks a retro edge! I always wanted yellow tinted aviators so I picked these yellow tinted triangle shaped sunglasses. It gives me a 70s free love summer vibe while still having a current shape so they're more vintage-inspired. Many of you also know how obsessed I am with The Beatles. George Harrison used to always wear gold frame rectangular shape sunglasses so I picked nearly the same pair for me and my hubby! They're a vintage, gender-neutral shape that is flattering on many different facial types. I also picked a hexagonal pair that is just a fun, different shape!

3. Early 2000s throwback

Speaking of fashion statement, these are clearly simply just a statement piece with not much functionality to them. But they are absolutely adorable and are inspired by the early 2000s which is super in right now. Remember Paris Hilton and Gwen Stefanie in their teeny tiny sunnies? Yup, that exactly what these are! You can get them in different colors too!
